We are looking for passionate, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our team at our office in Dubai as Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis. You should act as the main contact between sellers and buyers. You will also create property lists, advertise properties, match clients with potential properties and represent clients while discussing sales. You should counsel clients about market conditions and developing market prices.

About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase exclusive listings.
- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Actively source leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused individuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed)
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
